This industrial chic venue combines historic charm with modern updates, offering a versatile space ideal for weddings, galas, nonprofit events, and large gatherings. Once a tobacco warehouse, innovation academy, and nightclub, it now features an open-concept ballroom, men’s and women’s restrooms, future catering space, and optional use of 42 round tables with conference chairs. The rental also includes "The Study," perfect for photography, breakout groups, or relaxation. We also have a loading dock, wheelchair-accessible ramp, and an elevator.

The venue offers an outdoor-inspired space perfect for business retreats, CPR classes, team-building seminars, or birthday parties. Rentals include access to the Marketplace, featuring a drink fridge, coffee maker, picnic tables, and counter space. This listing is for one classroom: Classroom A includes 8 group desks and 24 chairs, while Classroom B features 7 large desks and 19 chairs. Both classrooms can be rented together, ensuring exclusive use during your booking. Desks and chairs can be rearranged to suit your needs, provided they are returned to their original setup.
