Our goal is to help inspire children and their families to unplug and join us in the great outdoors both here in Owensboro and away at camps, parks, and new adventures. We will also be offering academic scholarships in the 2027-2028 school year.
What will be known as the “Center for Good Works” will be used to promote collaboration, partnership, and cost-sharing for nonprofit organizations in our community. The 52,000 square foot multi-use center will be utilized in a multitude of ways, with plans to offer event space, meeting rooms, conference rooms, classrooms, and more.
To inspire life balance by offering exceptional programming and world class recreation facilities. Encourage strong family values, unplugged social interaction, and an appreciation for nature.

The ISAF was created to inspire and support our community through healthy life balance initiatives. We strive to encourage family time, unplugged and outdoors, with programming to educate our visitors both at our park and thru our various initiatives and challenges. We are a new Foundation, established in 2020, with love, energy, and hope. We look forward to serving our community and partnering with our friends and partners in Owensboro, KY.
